Butyl

NEDEX is producing polyisobutylen based primary sealants, KU-83B and PIB-996 for insulated glass industry in Eskisehir/Turkey. NEDEX butyl sealant is especially designed to reach very low gas and moisture penetration rates. Butyl is also known as a solution for internal insulation in insulated glasses. It has one black component and without solvent. It has good adhesions properties to glass and metal. NEDEX butyl can be packed in slugs and cans as 7 kg (standard); 2,5 kg and 1 kg. NEDEX insulating glass primary sealants KU-83B and PIB-996 are for Insulating Glass Units with specifications according to EN 1279:2018.
